I’m feeling really tired today, and I think it’s my body trying to tell me to slow down. So I’m gonna anticipate my running day of rest for today, treat myself to a scoop of dark chocolate sorbet and just do a bit of abs. Tomorrow we run on the beach. Nice challenge for my ankle :)
